Send us your insurance request first
Whether you need the electrical section completed or a previous inspection flagged a problem, send us the request before your appointment. We can review what your insurer is asking for and confirm the appropriate electrical service and documentation.
Include your property address, any existing inspection report, and the deadline your insurer gave you.

The scope depends on the form and the condition of the property. The electrical inspection may include:
- Panel identification, age information where available, and visible condition.
- Service amperage and whether further evaluation is needed for the home's electrical demands.
- Accessible wiring types and connections.
- Visible signs of overheating, corrosion, damage, or improper installation.
- Accessible grounding and other electrical conditions identified on the insurer's form.
We document the electrical findings within the agreed scope. Your insurer decides whether the report meets its requirements and whether repairs are needed.
Already have an electrical finding on your report?
Send us the report or deficiency letter. We will assess the concern, explain the repair options, and quote any necessary work before proceeding.
Depending on the findings, that may involve electrical panel replacement, wiring corrections, or aluminum wiring repair. We can provide electrical documentation for your insurer to review after the work. If the electrical section flags wiring throughout the home, whole house rewiring may be the fix; a targeted repair is often enough.
Replacing a panel does not guarantee insurance approval. The insurer considers the report and its own underwriting requirements.
Inspection pricing
Your $99 electrical inspection includes the on-site inspection and the written inspection report. Contact us with your property address and insurer's request so we can confirm the scope.
The only separate charge is for repairs, if the inspection finds any are needed. Those are quoted in writing before you approve the work.
“Jerry was very informative, and knowledgable. He guided me through all that I had questions about. I'd give him a 5 star rating. Over all, very pleased! And I will be a return customer.”
